For all character powerups, type glorious and then the following code:

Exapmle: to get super machine guns, type "glorious cusucka"
To get Minion and Sweet tooth at character select screen, type "glorious bigboy" for minion and "glorious icecream" for sweet tooth
For the special stages, go to multiplayer, go to host game for the session name, type "dasbak" and then at the stage select type either:
